the other twin also came out today and she got:
-2 pairs of new shoes for work...one with heels and zippers, and the other reminscent of stolen bowling alley shoes from high school (err, not that I stole shoes in high school, but it did go around the art department...what else is there to do in South Carolina? well, yeah). Both pairs, for under $26! Now I can wear these to work without experiencing the insane irritation that wearing my knee high boots UNDER my pants has been causing my legs. Happy legs.
-a flowery plant, with huge blossoms for $2. I think I'll call her Bertha.
-a glittery, shiny, spider tray from Walgreens..$3...yes, it's that time of year again! HALLOWEEN!!! I don't care about costumes, I just love the influx of Witchy decor. Damn, I miss the Xmas Tree Shoppes...that place was the bomb for Halloween schtuff. Damn you all!
And I finished up my corset belt orders that needed to go out earlier this week, but I couldn't handle it (or anything else for that matter).
I'm done feeling like crap.

Date: 2004-09-03 04:38 am (UTC)I had a mutant berber daisy in high school that i named bertha. She had these blooms that looked like sea anemones pulling apart like they do when they reproduce.

Date: 2004-09-03 10:53 pm (UTC)I live in South Carolina from 1993 to 1996 in Columbia, right on Lake Murray on the Irmo border. During that time, I spent a summer at Furman up in Greenville for the Governor's School for the Arts, and as much time as I could in Charleston. I still miss it!
