owlkeymehehe...this is about me, from the gentleman who danced before me at DftWM (and no, no one included in my prior gripe, just a soloist):
"one of the most interesting "belly dance" solos I've seen recently was a "gothic" piece- the music and the dancer were edgy, urgent, and it was a refreshing change from the more rote, "strictly belly" performances, which no matter how well executed start to look the same after seeing fifteen or twenty in one festival. Going to need get more room for my head :P Just worried about the probable impending crash.
