Alright, three days after being partially comatose (brain-in-a-fuzzy-blanket-syndrome), starting to feel alive again, and can report better.
So our event (The Temple Gathering: Halloween Masquerade Ball & Benefit) was definitely a success all around (and we're all amazed by this...Angel calculated we really pulled this all off in 2 weeks, which is just phenomenal...but would I ever want to do it that way again?? Lobotomy first please!). Costs were covered, money was raised for charity, the turn-out was great, there were some fantastic performances, and I think nearly everybody had fun. We had Pagans, Goths, Belly Dancers, and everyone in-between and beyond. Our staff kicked ass, the Edge guys were just so professional and so friendly! We had 10 performances, with things really heating up as we got later in the evening, especially when Rachel Brice & Company and then Azar came on!
Our event pix are getting developed, but
stealingtime_ (Shiva of Stealing Time Studios) has pix of Haruspicy, Tatseena, and the last two are of Azar..so you can check out her awesome pix here. --can't wait to see the other ones she took too! (heh, no pressure hon..hehehehe)
So, stay tuned for more pix, and Bay Area folks---even more events from us! It's only getting better from here baby!
