So "they" say that generally, a psychic streak will run through a family...well yesterday, I figured out who....my Dad. LOL. Just the other day I was saying to Keith I will call my Dad and get him to send more tea mix...and yesterday, a package arrives with tea mix for Keith and pretty things for me.
In tea-related terms, they must put something in the Republic of Tea mixes, cause I used to really like the Irish Breakfast tea that comes in boxes (it's green, they also sell assorted tea bags, etc)...and I ran out of the Republic British Breakfast Tea "the perfect cuppa" and so made some Irish Breakfast from the other brand, and it tastes like....well, just not nice. I'm not sure if they sell Republic of Tea on the east coast, but damn, it's good shit. It comes in these tall little containers with like 50 circular teabags...or little tiny sample tins---in a few dozen flavors. I like the Mango Ceylon and the British Breakfast the most....guess I'll have to my arse down to Cost Plus and get more...cause there's no way I can drink this Irish Breakfast stuff...it really almost tastes like a cigarette. (and I'm sure there's a whole bunch of comments that could be made on just that statement alone...)
Today: Reading at SJ Bookshop from 12-6, drop off car repair money, come home and pack van for Modesto Harvest Fair, figure out costume..
