Wee! I can't believe it's just over a week away, and it looks like we have a sold-out workshop (there was one spot left as of earlier today, and the deadline is the 30th). I know there's a good handful of LJ folks who will be attending, so here's a special call-out to y'all...

I'm getting together my notes for this workshop----it's very exciting to know we have nearly 3 hours to cover the exciting topic of Gothic Belly Dance, because it allows time for both good discussion and hands-on working, back and forth---so this means I have even more to work with than my Tribal Fest workshop, which was just 2 hours (and WAY more than the Convergence one, which was a bare hour!) Putting together some brand-new music, some reference notes, etc...

But I would like to hear right now from y'all who will be attending the Philly workshop is your top 2 desires to get out of this workshop.

If you're attending Belly Jam, but can't make the workshop (or are for that matter!), let me know, so I can get my brain in gear for meetin' or re-greetin' ya'll!

Hey lady, annwynri & I decided it would be much cheaper to drive down on Saturday, rather than fly, rent a car, and add another night of a hotel..I'm already in debt from the Cali trip, do I really need more? :P *giggles*
So we'll be down Saturday around 3 or 4? Check in and maybe meet up for dinner and then to the Belly Jam? We had to take a hotel about 15 min away from yours..but you have my cell and I have yours! So we'll call when we get in :)

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I so wanted to do this, but it's just impossible, what with the yard sale this weekend (and needing to get a start on packing) and all...

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Tribal Cafe, tho :)

I'll be there for both the belly jam and your workshop. I'm really looking forward to it. Being very new to bellydance in general, I think what I'd most benefit from your workshop is to simply learn what Gothic Bellydance is. alphafemale1 has raved about you, but nothing can compare to experiencing it first hand.

I wish I could go... It's only 3 hours from me and I could drive it easily. I am extremely bogged down in the business of expanding my business and it's taking all of my time and mental energy. Maybe you'll be able to come back next year? I hope your workshop is excellent!
